In true Brinker fashion, the kids strung popcorn and cranberries together while jamming out to Christmas music in order to decorate the Sharbono Christmas tree!! It was our first time to do it with the kids and they loved it! Maybe not as much as getting to just sit and eat the popcorn, but still. They had such a good time with it!!
Here's Jenny, teaching the girls how to string the cranberries on!
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 little monkeys decorating the tree!
(You see how Brother's helping, right?? ;))
I see more and more hands in the popcorn bowl with each picture, ha!!
Jen and I finishing up the strands! Mom and Hezzy, we misssssssed youuuuuuu!
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, y'all!!
I didn't want to forget to take Grant's 6 month pictures, so I snapped a few here.. but don't worry. I have more coming at a later time! ;) Here he is! 6 months old, 2 toothies on the bottom, and sitting up! Hoorayyyy!
Another tradition is rounding up the babies and heading to Lowe's to find the perfect tree! It was strange to be picking out our Christmas tree in 80 degree weather, but hey. That's how we do it in the South! It took us a total of 3 trees before we found the most perfect one! Tall, fluffy, full, and ready to be ours!
Here's a few Christmas tree picking adventures from years past!
We love our tree!!
And so the Christmas festivities begin!
